Welcome to Angelette Baby Co.! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
TikTok Guidelines:
We work with TikTok and all communication must be done via their platform using the CHAT button. Please avoid sending multiple messages as this could delay our response time. Coupons and discounts on TikTok are controlled by them, and we are unable to issue these to customers.
Promotional Gifts:
Free promotional products are available for online orders, limited to one per household for the first order in the promotional period. These products cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or end this promotion without notice.
Pre-order Products:
A pre-order product is defined as any product that is not currently in stock and is listed as available for pre-order on our website. The estimated availability and shipping date for pre-order products are provided on the product page. These dates are subject to change based on supplier availability and other factors beyond our control. Orders that include a mix of in-stock and pre-order products will be held until all items in the order are in stock. We will not split shipments or send in-stock items separately. The entire order will be shipped together once all items, including the pre-order product(s), are available.
Full payment is required at the time of placing an order that includes a pre-order product. If you wish to modify or cancel your order prior to the shipment, please contact our customer service team. Note that modifications or cancellations may be subject to our standard return and cancellation policies.
Once all items in your order are in stock, we will process and ship your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In the event that a pre-order product becomes unavailable or its release date is significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to either wait for the new availability date, modify your order, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Store Credit/Discount Codes:
Store credit and discount codes have specific usage terms and are not valid on sale items. Welcome discount applies to full-priced items only. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction or alongside any other discounts or promotions.
Response Time:
Our team works diligently to respond to queries within 72 hours. Please refrain from sending multiple emails as this can delay our response.
Handling Packing Errors:
If you receive a packing error, it is crucial that you keep all your packaging. Please take pictures of what you received, including the outer packaging and all products received. Without this information, we are unable to assist, so it is essential you retain these items for our customer service reps to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Our packing process has a rigorous system that ensures all products are checked accurately.
Upon receiving the incorrect item or item quantity, please email our customer service team at Info@Angelettebabyco.com. Include your order number and images/videos whilst unboxing of the order you received. Please note that if your order has been signed and checked for quantity with the correct signing, we reserve the right to not offer a refund/exchange. This decision will be at the discretion of our customer service team.
We will need you to return the incorrect items to us in order for us to re-dispatch your order. We will provide free returns. Please ensure no products are used or opened if incorrect, as we will be unable to resolve this if the items have been tampered with.
Please be aware that mail fraud is a serious crime that we take seriously. If your package appears to have been tampered with, do not open the box. Report it immediately to our customer service team, who will assist you and escalate the issue to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Order Cancellations and Returns:
Orders may be cancelled if flagged as fraudulent or due to product unavailability. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Change Requests and Address Updates:
Orders cannot be manually amended after placement. Changes to addresses are not possible post-order.
Delivery Issues:
If your parcel is marked as delivered and you have not received your Angelette Baby Co. package, we would recommend checking with your neighbours to ensure nobody has taken in your parcel by mistake. If the parcel is not to be found we will need to raise a claim, a claim can take up to 30 working days for a solution. We are unable to resend/refund until we have an outcome from the courier service. We will keep you updated throughout the communication of the claim. This is something that is completely out of our control so please bear this in mind when sending over an email to our customer service team.
Communication Etiquette:
To avoid delays, please refrain from sending multiple emails simultaneously.
Returns/Refunds:
Please refer to the Return and Refunds policy.
My item has been mishandled:
Any items that are received damaged, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for. All items are sent from our warehouse in good condition so any damage to the item will most likely be a result of mishandling during delivery. We cannot offer any exchanges or refunds including percentage refunds. In this instance, we would advise reaching out to the courier service regarding this.
Complaints procedure:
If for any reason you wish to make a complaint, please use the following.
- Please put your complaint into an email to Info@Angelettebabyco.com
- We ask that you allow up to 72 hours for the complaint to be acknowledged.
- We may take up to 28 days to fully resolve your complaint, this could include asking you for any evidence you may have.
- If at any point throughout the 28 days, you post on any social media platforms, anything that could be detrimental to AngeletteBabyCo, this could jeopardise your complaint: this resulting in your complaint being rejected and unresolved.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
