Refund policy

Exchange or Credit Note:
All returns must be initiated by email to Info@angelettebabyco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. If items show signs of use or are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the used items from any exchange or credit note issued. Approved returns will result in store credit, exchange, or replacement items of equal value. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the specified criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we advise using a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, which will affect your return. Please note that we do not offer refunds. We will only issue a refund back to the original method of payment where errors are attributable to our business.

Returns and Shipping Fees Policy:
In cases where a customer pays for shipping and initiates a return, our policy specifies that only exchanges or credit notes will be provided. The original shipping fees will be deducted from the exchange or credit note value.

Personalised Items:

Customised baby gifts are non-refundable, except in cases where errors are attributable to our business. If a return is approved for personalised items, customers will be issued with a refund back to the original method of payment.

Missing Items Policy:
Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. If you report missing items in your order but we have confirmed their inclusion during our quality check before shipment, we will conduct an investigation by reviewing internal records and packaging procedures.  If our review shows that the items were indeed included in your order, refunds/replacements will not be issued for those items. However, if the investigation confirms the items are missing, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, ensuring that you receive the products you paid for. Rest assured, we typically have two people checking orders and maintain an inventory log to minimise the chances of missing items. Continued false claims of missing items may result in restrictions on future orders, as we strive to maintain the accuracy and trustworthiness of our services. Requests for
Replacements/Refunds involving missing items must be accompanied by photographic/video evidence at the time of unboxing.

Missing Post:
Lost packages will be investigated with the courier company, which may take up to 30 business days. Refund/Replacement for a confirmed lost package will only be issued once the courier company confirms the package is lost in transit. Customers are requested to cooperate and provide relevant information for the investigation.

Fraudulent Behaviour Policy:
We take fraudulent behaviour seriously at Angelette Baby Co. If we suspect any customer of engaging in dishonest practices, such as falsely claiming missing items/packages, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include withholding refunds, denying future services, and reporting the fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our operations and will not tolerate deceptive actions that undermine the trust and fairness of our business transactions.
